*  Install a professional For Rent Sign

 

*  Advertise in the local newspapers as may be needed

 

* Show the property

 

*  Screen and qualify prospective tenants

 

*  Discuss prospective tenant's application with you for your approval

 

*  Prepare lease documents

 

*  Meet with tenant to sign off on the lease and to collect the first months rent and security deposit

 

*  You will receive a copy of the signed Lease Agreement along with an Accounting Statement setting forth all money collected less leasing expenses.  A check for the balance in you Trust account and delivered to you along with the above lease documents.
